These terms govern the store, 3D design studio, Keepsake and Gift Advisor services on https://sherfalux.com and the orders placed through them. Before you complete an order, the Pre-Contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract are also shown for your approval.

2. Products
- Store pieces: collection pieces, personalised only by choice of metal.
- Custom pieces: pieces made to your specification in the 3D studio, Keepsake pieces, and store pieces with engraving or resizing.
AI images and 3D previews are representative; production follows the specification you approve. Minor variations due to handwork are not defects.
3. Prices
Prices are in Turkish lira including VAT. Custom pieces are priced live from international gold/platinum prices, Central Bank exchange rates, stone price lists and labour, so the studio price may move with the markets.
The price shown when you confirm your order is fixed for the validity of the quote. Designs that need atelier review receive an "atelier quote" for your approval. Obvious pricing errors entitle us to cancel the order with a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
- Card payments via 3D Secure, or bank transfer. Card details are never stored by us.
- Bank-transfer orders go into production once payment is received.
- For custom pieces a drawing or photo preview may be sent for your approval before production.
- You are informed by e-mail at each stage and can follow the order in your account.
5. Production and delivery

Delivery never exceeds the legal maximum of 30 days; if it would, you are informed and may cancel for a full refund. Shipments are insured and handed over only to the recipient with ID check.
6. Right of withdrawal
Store pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Under art. 15/1-ç of the Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or personal needs (studio designs, Keepsake pieces, engraved or resized pieces). This is stated again before you order.
7. Warranty and defects
All pieces carry a 2-year statutory warranty. For defective goods you may choose, under art. 11 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, to withdraw, obtain a price reduction, free repair or replacement. Damage caused by impact, chemicals or normal wear is excluded. Stone certificates are delivered with the piece and in your document vault.
8. Account
Membership is free. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Membership levels and benefits are described on the Membership page and may change with prior notice.
9. Content and intellectual property
All rights in the site, software, texts, photos and logos belong to the Company or its licensors. You confirm that photos, writing and sounds you send for Keepsake or engraving are yours or used with permission and infringe no third-party rights.
10. Disputes
Please contact us first. Consumer Arbitration Committees (within the monetary limits announced yearly) or Consumer Courts are competent; applications can also be made through e-Devlet (TÜBİS).
