Membership
Like an air-miles card: the more you shop and the longer you stay with SHERFA, the more privileges you enjoy.
How are levels set?
Your level is based on your total spend and how long you have been a SHERFA client. The higher the level, the greater the privileges.

Digital document vault
Every member has a private, locked document vault on the site. For each piece you buy we keep, as PDF:
- A digital copy of the piece — photographs and details
- Warranty certificate
- Gemstone quality certificate
Even if the paper copies are lost, everything is here whenever you need it.
OptionalDocuments can also be recorded on a blockchain — a digital ledger that nobody can alter afterwards — so their authenticity can always be proven.
Digital member card
Every member receives a digital member card. It does two things:
- 01Show it in our boutique so we recognise you and you enjoy your privileges.
- 02Your online orders are given priority.
Your level updates automatically from your paid orders and membership time; your digital card and document vault live in your account.
Level thresholds and privileges are set by the atelier.
