Distance Sales Contract

• BUYER: the person whose name, address, phone and e-mail are given at checkout.

The sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically on https://sherfalux.com, as specified in the order summary, and the parties' rights and obligations.

• Type, model, metal and fineness, estimated weight, stones, sizes, engraving, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, shipping and payment method are listed in the order summary and pre-contract form.
• Weights and stone sizes of custom pieces may vary slightly within production tolerances without changing the price.
• Delivery is by insured courier to the buyer's address within the period stated, never exceeding 30 days.

• The buyer confirms having read the pre-contract information and approved it electronically.
• The seller delivers the product intact, as specified, with warranty card and certificate where applicable.
• If payment is not received from the bank after delivery, the buyer returns the product within 3 days.
• If delivery becomes impossible due to force majeure, the buyer may cancel (refund within 14 days), accept a similar product or wait.

For store pieces the buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without reason or penalty.

Notice is given within this period to [email protected], through the order page or in writing. The product is returned within 10 days, unused and undamaged, with its box, warranty card and certificate, by the insured courier named by the seller, at the seller's expense.

The seller refunds the full amount within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method. The buyer is liable for loss of value due to use beyond normal inspection.

Under art. 15 of the Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for:

• Goods prepared to the buyer's wishes or personal needs (pieces designed in the 3D studio),
• Keepsake pieces (photo, handwriting or sound wave),
• Engraved pieces or pieces resized at the buyer's request,
• Pierced earrings whose protective packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

The buyer's rights for defective goods and warranty remain.

For defective goods the buyer may withdraw, obtain a proportional price reduction, free repair or replacement (Law No. 6502 art. 11). Statutory warranty is 2 years; return shipping for defects is paid by the seller.

Card-payment defaults are governed by the cardholder's agreement with their bank. If the seller fails to deliver on time the buyer may terminate and is refunded within 14 days.

Consumer Arbitration Committees within the yearly monetary limits, otherwise Consumer Courts at the buyer's domicile or the place of the transaction.

The contract enters into force when the order is confirmed. The seller keeps contract and pre-contract records for 3 years.
